At ACTION, a turnkey pre-commissioning scope starts with engineering to select the equipment and plan the sequence against the owner’s specification and the commissioning date. ACTION then supplies the equipment from its own fleet and carries out the work, which can include cleaning and pigging, gauging and filling, hydrotesting, dewatering and air blowing, drying to the specified dew point, leak testing, and nitrogen purging and inerting. Flange management runs throughout, with each joint identified and certified from installation to reinstatement. At handover, the owner receives traceable test and joint records.
