Yes. ACTION runs its own engineering workshop, where qualified service engineers and mechanics strip, rebuild and test diesel engines and pumps to a known standard. Thirty years of GCC duty have shown the workshop which parts wear first in heat, sand and saline or abrasive groundwater. Those parts are replaced with harder-wearing upgrades, often stainless steel, so many units leave the workshop built to a higher specification than they had when new. Where no standard unit fits the duty, the workshop pairs engines with different pump ends and fabricates bespoke pump sets, skids and headers. Every unit is tested before it goes to site.
